If you're looking for a tough upper body workout and you love working abs, this one is for you! This workout will totally burn out your chest, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders!
We'll hit each muscle group HARD with three big sets of work before moving to the next. Abs are interspersed between muscle groups.
All you need for this workout is a set of dumbbells and a mat. Anything from 3-5 pounds all the way to 20-25 would work, depending on what you have available and your fitness level/goals.
