This 45-minute class will help to settle your mind and soul as you close out the activity and movement of your day. The warmup and standing sequence focus on forward folding and grounding postures. There are no backbends or heart-openers in the sequence. Instead we will enjoy an extended seated sequence and an extended savasana in preparation for a night of restful sleep.
