This 15-minute session is short and fierce, featuring one circuit repeated three times. You’ll need a set of light dumbbells between 1 to 5 pounds (or you can use your own bodyweight). Beginning with a brief dynamic warm-up, we’ll work our arms with barre-style pulsing moves mixed with full-range moves, ending on the floor to feel the burn. This is the perfect workout to do on its own or add on to the end of another session for a finisher.
